History

           Life never stands still and travelling is inevitable. So vehicles are always an important factor in life.

          Moreover, vehicles these days render not only speed and body comfort, but also enthralls us with the beauty of materials, styling, line and colours, just like the work of art by a great artist. 

          Thanks to modern production technology, vehicles originally intended for pure transport  have  become  an innovation that aptly combines art  and science, unlike in the old days when engineers had to elect  whether to give more emphasis on one or the other.

          Though vehicles are not the only innovation in modern  times created through heavy application  of art  and  science,  they  are nevertheless different from, and more distinctive  than,   other innovations due to their "dynamics" or hidden propelling force due  to "science" e.g. horsepower, torque, acceleration, top speed, etc.,  and "art" such as the streamlined body that strains to spurt forward.

          Vehicles for today and tomorrow, so richly packed with the dynamics of art and science, are therefore undeniably an essential ingredient as well as a symbol of our contemporary life.

          The value of vehicles in these dimensions is thus the fountainhead of the concept for the "18^th SIAMESE INTERNATIONAL MOTOR TRADE EXHIBITION" as "The dynamics of art and science for our contemporary life."
