Breaking down by the most exported models, Toyota Hilux accounted for 137,400 units, followed by Toyota Yaris Ativ with 40,500 units. This underscores Thailand's manufacturing capability, which is globally recognized for quality, and clearly demonstrates that Toyota can be a part of promoting the economy and employment in Thailand. All this success reflects the continuous trust and confidence customers have in Toyota.
Suphakon added that the August car market trend is expected to improve slightly according to the seasonal index, due to the gradual delivery of new car models launched to the market, coupled with the Big Motor Sale event in mid-year, which helps stimulate the trading atmosphere. However, the strictness of loan approvals by financial institutions remains a significant factor affecting consumer purchasing decisions.

As for Toyota, it continues to maintain strong leadership in all product segments with a market share of 33.29 %, especially in the hybrid car segment, which saw domestic sales of approximately 42,000 units, growing 13 %, led by popular models Yaris Cross and Corolla Cross. Locally produced hybrid vehicles have an average local content ratio of approximately 70 % for parts and components.

The key factors for success across all product segments stem from customers' trust in Toyota, including the readiness of a strong domestic ecosystem and supply chain, coupled with comprehensive spare parts inventory and stock management, to provide peace of mind and the best experience for consumers throughout product use. At the same time, Toyota remains committed to sustainable growth alongside Thai society.”
