The Vintage Car Club of Thailand, in collaboration with Future Park and Zpell shopping centers, organizes the “48th Vintage Car Concours” under the concept of “Legacy of Innovation”. See vintage cars from various eras and periods at Future Park and Zpell shopping centers from July 15-19, 2026.

Khwanchai Paphatphong, President of The Vintage Car Club of Thailand, revealed that the Vintage Car Concours is a national event held for the 48th consecutive time. The concept for this year's event is “Legacy of Innovation” because vintage vehicles are the deliverers of innovation, which forms the foundation of advanced technology for modern vehicles. For example, mechanical 4-wheel drive systems have evolved into smart computer-controlled AWD systems. Basic suspension systems have become electric suspension systems that respond to road conditions in real-time. Traditional powertrains have transformed into hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and electric systems, etc. Therefore, innovation from the past is a highly valuable legacy of vintage vehicles.

Kanlaya Kamonrat, Marketing Director of Future Park and Zpell shopping centers, stated that Future Park and Zpell shopping centers have continuously collaborated with The Vintage Car Club of Thailand to organize the Vintage Car Concours for the 16th year. This event is considered another quality activity that reflects the diversity of lifestyles and provides an opportunity for people of all generations to experience the value and charm of classic vehicles. Visitors will find over 100 vintage and classic cars in an exhibition area of over 4,000 sq.m. on G floor.

The Vintage Car Concours is divided into 7 categories according to the standards of the Fédération Internationale des Véhicules Anciens (FIVA). These are: Ancestor Class (pre-1904), Veteran Class (1905-1918), Vintage Class (1919-1930), Post-Vintage Class (1931-1945), Post-War Class (1946-1960), Classic Class (1961-1970), and Post-Classic Class (1971-present, 30 years rolling).

Featured cars at this year's event include: a nearly 100-year-old vintage car, the 1929 Rolls-Royce 20hp Saloon; the 1933 Austin 7 Saloon featured on the concours poster; cars legally imported from abroad for preservation, such as the 1986 Porsche 911 Carrera Super Sport 3.2 Targa; and the 1989 Porsche 911 Carrera Super Sport 3.2 Cabriolet.

Additionally, there are competitions in several other categories, such as replicas, modified cars, specially built cars, Jaguars, Minis, Volkswagens, American cars, and Fiats, along with specially exhibited cars.

As for other activities, there are many, such as a seminar to exchange knowledge about vintage cars on the topic “Thailand's First Year of Vintage Car Imports: What are the Results?” along with special activities throughout the event, such as hunting for highlight cars through the Lucky Rally Scan activity, collecting missions to win special prizes, spinning the wheel of fortune for a chance to win cute vintage car models, and capturing memorable moments at the Photo Booth in a classic vintage atmosphere. This will help the new generation access and learn more about legendary automobiles in a fun way. There will also be concerts of past hit songs, sales of vintage products, books, magazines, vintage car stamps, model vintage cars, etc.
