Rules and Conditions
Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd., the “Organizer” of the “The 42nd Motor Expo” or THE 42nd THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2025, has prepared coupons for a lucky draw program “Buy a motorcycle, Win a big bike”, with the following rules:
1. * "Organizer" means Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd. and Motorcycle Expo Co., Ltd. 
* "Seller" means the manufacturer and/or distributor of new motorcycles who have contracted to exhibit at “The
42nd Motor Expo" or THE 42nd THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2025 at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani
* "Participant" means a person who reserves and/or purchases a new motorcycle at “The 42nd Motor Expo” from a “Seller”
2. The “Participant” must scan the QR Code specified by the “Organizer” to register and complete the information, and present proof of reservation and/or purchase of a new motorcycle at the event to the staff at the activity registration point.
3. The “Participant” will receive a coupon after successful registration. The coupon will indicate the number of entries received, where for every 10,000 Baht according to the value of the motorcycle reserved and/or actually purchased, 1 entry will be received (fractions less than 10,000 Baht will not be counted).
4. There is 1 grand prize, which is a SUZUKI GSX-8R motorcycle, valued at 419,000 Baht (four hundred nineteen thousand Baht only).
5. The "Organizer" will conduct a draw to find the first lucky winner and 10 reserves on January 21, 2026, at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani, with 10 honorable committee members as witnesses.
6. The "Organizer" will contact the lucky “Participant” who won the prize via the mobile phone number provided and send a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to confirm the prize receipt to each winner in order.
7. The “Participant” who has been notified by the “Organizer” as a lucky winner must be able to present proof of registration of ownership of the motorcycle reserved and/or purchased at the event, with the transfer of ownership from the “Seller” completed before January 21, 2026, to the “Organizer” within 30 days from the date the “Organizer” sends the notification letter to the “Participant” to be eligible for the prize. Otherwise, the “Participant” will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and the “Organizer” will select the next reserve “Participant” in order to be eligible for the prize and follow the procedures in rule 6 until a winner is found.
8. The prize winner cannot exchange the prize for cash and will be responsible for withholding tax, as well as all transfer fees for the vehicle.
9. The prize winner permits the "Organizer" to use their full name and voice recording, along with still/moving images on the prize receipt day, for the Organizer's publicity.
10. The "Organizer" will announce the name of the prize winner on the website autoinfo.co.th, motorexpo.co.th via LINE @motorexpo in February 2026 and in "Formula" and "4 WHEELS" magazines, April 2026 issues.
11. Employees and their families of Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd. and its affiliates, as well as employees and their families of companies, organizations, agencies, and individuals involved in organizing this program, are not eligible to participate.
12. The decision of the "Organizer" is final.
