The new Nissan X-Trail e-Power with e-4ORCE technology is equipped with a KR15DDT 3-cylinder in-line 12-valve DOHC 1.5-liter turbocharged engine, featuring Variable Compression Ratio (VC) technology to enhance fuel efficiency and provide smooth, continuous power. It delivers a high output of 144PS in the 4,400-5,000 rpm range and 250 Nm of torque between 2,400-4,000 rpm. The high-performance front motor (code BM46) provides 330 Nm of torque in the 0-3,505 rpm range, and the rear electric motor (code MM48) delivers 195 Nm of torque in the 0-4,897 rpm range. It operates smoothly and quietly like a 100% electric motor-driven vehicle, while also offering exciting performance. Additionally, drivers can choose from 5 driving modes: Eco, Standard, Sport, Snow, and Off-Road, and it includes Downhill Assist Control for easy, stable, and safe descent on steep slopes. 

e-4ORCE Intelligent 4-Wheel Drive Technology

The e-4ORCE system features dual electric motors, front and rear, operating independently to calculate the optimal driving force for turning, accelerating, and braking according to driver input, along with precise left-right brake control to ensure all four wheels operate at full efficiency. e-4ORCE provides better response than conventional 4-wheel drive systems that use mechanical power transmission and limit force distribution to 50:50. e-4ORCE can independently adjust driving force between the front and rear wheels from 100:0 to 0:100, and when combined with brake control, the left and right wheels can adjust force with high speed and precision, offering superior control on all roads and reducing vehicle pitching during braking or descending steep slopes, providing both convenience for the driver and comfort for passengers.

The new Nissan X-Trail e-Power with e-4ORCE technology comes with Independent Front Suspension and Independent Multi-Link Rear Suspension, disc brakes on both front and rear, a Rack and Pinion steering system with Electric Power Steering (EPS), and an adjustable steering column.
