Rules and Conditions for Participation
IMC Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd., the organizer of “THE 43rd THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2026”, has organized this lucky draw with the following rules and conditions:

1. “Participant” refers to any person who visits “THE 43rd THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2026” via the MOTOR EXPO APPLICATION, registers on the MOTOR EXPO APPLICATION, and completely fills out the questionnaire.
2. Prize: MG URBAN STANDARD, valued at 579,900 Baht (Five Hundred Seventy-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Baht Only), 1 prize.
3. The “Organizer” will hold a lucky draw for the winner and 10 reserve candidates on January 19, 2027, at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani, witnessed by a panel of 10 distinguished committee members.
4. The “Organizer” will contact the winner via the mobile phone number provided and send an electronic letter notifying them to claim the prize. The list of winners will be announced on the websites motorexpo.co.th, autoinfo.co.th, and LINE @motorexpo in February 2027, as well as in “FORMULA” magazine, April 2027 issue.
5. The winner must present the prize notification letter along with their Thai National ID card to claim the prize at Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd. within 30 days from the date the “Organizer” sends the notification letter.
6. If 30 days have passed and the winner has not contacted the organizer to claim the prize, the “Organizer” will donate said prize to a charitable organization and publish the news in the “Organizer’s” affiliated magazines accordingly.
7. The winner allows the “Organizer” to take photos/videos and use their full name for public relations purposes.
8. The winner shall be responsible for withholding tax, ownership transfer fees, and/or all other expenses related to the item/product.
9. Employees and family members of Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd., Event Thai Co., Ltd., including their subsidiaries / employees and family members of companies, organizations, agencies, and individuals associated with organizing this promotion are not eligible to participate.
10. The “Organizer’s” decision shall be final. 
11. The company reserves the right to change terms and conditions without prior notice.
