Rules and Conditions for Participation
IMC Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd., the Organizer of “The 42nd Thailand International Motor Expo” or THE 42nd THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2025, has organized this lucky draw with the following rules and conditions:

1. “Participant” refers to a person who visits “The 42nd Thailand International Motor Expo” or THE 42nd THAILAND INTERNATIONAL MOTOR EXPO 2025 via MOTOR EXPO APPLICATION  and must register in the MOTOR EXPO APPLICATION and complete the questionnaire.  
2. The prize is a car WULING BINGUO Model DC ICON valued at 429,000 Baht, 1 prize (four hundred twenty-nine thousand Baht only)
3. The “Organizer” will draw for a lucky winner and 10 reserves on January 21, 2026, at IMPACT Exhibition and Convention Center, Muang Thong Thani, with 10 honorable committee members as witnesses.
4. The “Organizer” will contact the winner via the provided mobile phone number and send a registered letter to the winner to claim the prize, and will announce the winner list on motorexpo.co.th, autoinfo.co.th, LINE @motorexpo in February 2026, and in “Formula” and 4 WHEELS magazines, April 2026 issues.
5. The winner must present the prize notification letter and identification card to claim the prize at IMC Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd. within 30 days from the date the “Organizer” sends the notification letter.
6. If 30 days have passed and no winner has contacted to claim the prize, the “Organizer” will arrange to present the prize to a charitable organization and will publish the news in the “Organizer”'s affiliated magazines.
7. The winner allows the “Organizer” to take photos/videos and use their full name for event publicity.
8. The winner shall be responsible for all withholding tax and expenses related to the transfer of ownership of the item and/or product.
9. Employees and their families of IMC Inter-Media Consultant Co., Ltd., Eventthai Co., Ltd., including affiliated companies/employees and their families of companies, organizations, agencies, and individuals involved in the arrangement are not eligible to participate.
10. The “Organizer”'s decision is final. 
11. The company reserves the right to change the conditions without prior notice.
