Now open! Free trial rides on the Pink Line Monorail Extension, Muang Thong Thani
The MRT Pink Line Extension (Si Rat-Muang Thong Thani section) has opened for free trial operations at 2 stations, namely
- IMPACT Muang Thong Thani Station (MT01)
- Lake Muang Thong Thani Station (MT02)
Free rides will be available from May 20 - June 16, 2025. Services run Monday-Friday from 06:00-22:00, and Saturday-Sunday and public holidays from 06:00-23:30, with a train frequency of every 10 minutes.
The Pink Line Monorail Extension project (Si Rat-Muang Thong Thani section) is a Monorail system, similar to the already operational Pink Line Monorail project (Khae Rai-Min Buri section, the main line).
The connection between the main line and the extension will be at Muang Thong Thani Station (PK10), which has 3 platforms. Platform 1 is for trains heading towards the main line route, Nonthaburi Civic Center Station (PK01). Platform 2 is for trains heading towards the main line route, Min Buri Station (PK30) and the extension route. Platform 3 is for IMPACT Muang Thong Thani Station (MT01) and Lake Muang Thong Thani Station (MT02).

IMPACT Muang Thong Thani Station (MT01)
Passengers can travel to Sukhothai Thammathirat Open University (Exit 1), Wat Phasook Maneejak School (Exit 2), IMPACT Muang Thong Thani (Exit 3), and Soi Chaeng Watthana-Pak Kret 39 (Exit 4).
Lake Muang Thong Thani Station (MT02)
Passengers can travel to Lake Muang Thong Thani (Exit 1), Soi Chaeng Watthana-Pak Kret 39 (Exit 2), Suan Somdet Phra Srinagarindra (Exit 3), and IMPACT Muang Thong Thani (Exit 4).

A Skywalk connecting the station and Challenger Hall is being constructed to facilitate passengers traveling to Expos, concerts, or various events at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani. Passengers must alight at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani Station and use Exit 3 to proceed to Challenger Hall, IMPACT Arena Muang Thong Thani.
