Re-UNDERLINE THE IMPORTANCE OF LIFE
Human beings possess one valuable thing that sometimes somehow tend to get overlooked or forgotten, despite the fact that they make use of this most precious gift they ever had incessantly without letting it rest even for a fraction of a second.The aforementioned is very fragile, vulnerable to shock, easy to disintegrate. It is something on which the owner continuously spends fairly high maintenance cost, and is prepared to exchange just about anything he has or can get hold of in order to preserve it as long as possible.
It is called... LIFE!One moral obligation of "FORMULA", in the course of its duty as a branch of the mass media, is to contribute to the improvement of society.In addition to offering technical articles, road tests, motor sports news, etc. which help the interested readers to extend the horizon of their knowledge, we also take it as one of our main responsibilities to foster safety awareness in the use of cars and roads.
Diversity in the standards of motor cars from various producing countries of the world, though not so great nowadays, still exists due to differences in technology, innovativeness, subjective values, natural conditions, and also degress of importance attached to human life. Motor vehicles may have the same basic function – that is to move people and things from one place to another under a driver's control – but vehicles of basically the same type are still made in a variety of specifications, shapes and forms.Our intent, based on our experience of over a decade, is to bring these differences of the same thing side by side so as to satisfy the buyers' desire to see, touch, study and compare.
We call this activity "BANGKOK MOTOR SHOW".The title of an annual event, well known, widely accepted and readily recognized as organized by the "FORMULA" Group of Magazines, which will next take place during December 5-10, 1993, is..."BANGKOK MOTOR SHOW '94"
From "The Enchantment of Pollution Free Technology" in "BANGKOK MOTOR SHOW '92" To "Variety in Motions" in "BANGKOK MOTOR SHOW '93" Today, if we may, we wish to request you to "RE-UNDERLINE THE IMPORTANCE OF LIFE".This is a plea for everyone concerned to be more conscious of safety.We wish to call upon every segment of society to pay attention to safety in using cars and roads, to save the lives of ours and others' alike, because we believe human lives are the most precious of all resources...
We propose to re-underline the importance of LIFE. If the automobile community agrees with us in trying to protect lives, many losses and sorrows can be spared.
